Capacity:

Our Venue can host up to 150 guests, with parking onsite for 75 vehicles. We have different spaces available to accommodate groups big and small.

Wine Purchase:


Wine purchase is required within the event contract. Wine purchase amount is determined by the number of guests. Additional wine purchases are always available. There will be a 15% discount on cases for any non-club member and 25% discount on cases for wine club members.

Outside wines and sparkling wines are allowed as approved by Cória Estates Winery (CEW) and must be served by CEW staff or caterers. A $30 per bottle corking fee will be charged with any outside wines or sparkling wines. Beer is allowed as approved by CEW and must be served by CEW staff or caterers. Unfortunately, Spirits are not permitted on the premises or facility at all times.

Stunning panoramic views overlook the Willamette Valley. The Winery overlooks estates vines to the west, and The Cascade Mountain Range to the east.

FAQ'S

We can accommodate up to 150 guests during any private event.

Yes; the winery, restrooms, balcony, lawn, and tasting room are all accessible and we have handicap parking available.

The music provider must supply all their own equipment (speakers, tables, extension cords, lighting, etc.) Music must cease by 10pm due to being in a residential area.

You will have complete access to the winery for your contracted time frame.

Only the wedding couple and photographer are allowed into the vineyard accompanied by our venue manager. Guests are not allowed into the vineyard.

We have an Event Coordinator who will be present on your wedding day to manage the bar and venue. We require that you hire a day-of coordinator to ensure that you remain stress-free throughout your day. Our event manager may be hired for day-of-coordination.

No, but we have a preferred list of professional recommendations, who are pre-screened and vendors we’ve worked with before. They are familiar with our grounds and regulations. We have selected our vendors carefully for the high level of service they provide.

Our parking lot is right next to the venue and can accommodate up to about 75 vehicles.

We have White Cushioned Wooden Chairs, 8’ Tables, and 60” Round Tables for use during your event.

Ask our venue manager about renting our hand-built arbor, white oak banquet tables, and/or our custom-made corn hole game. (Corn hole won’t be an additional charge)

We permit fresh flower petals and bubbles, but to protect our land, we do not allow non-biodegradable items like rice, confetti, glitter, etc. No flammables.

Tours and site visits are available by appointment with our event coordinator. We look forward to working with you!
