We are a Mexican-American Family-Owned Vineyard, Winery, and Tasting Room in the rolling hills of South Salem, Oregon. We’ve grown grapes for 25 years in the Willamette Valley, and craft wines using a modern yet holistic approach that ensures our fruit’s natural beauty shines through with every sip.

Experience a bit of Mexican ambience surrounded by hand-crafted stone architecture and whispering palm trees. Our Estate Patio offers breathtaking panoramic views of our estate vineyard and the Willamette Valley.
We offer wine by the flight, glass, and bottle to enjoy on site or take home; as well as delectable Mexican-inspired light bites, de la cocina. Salud!

Reservations for parties of 1–8
Experience the cellar and production space in this guided experience that takes you behind the scenes at Cória Estates. You’ll learn a little about the family, estate history, viticulture, and winemaking practices as you sip on award-winning wines. This is a 90 minute experience with a member of our knowledgeable staff, and also includes sharable bites from our menu ‘de la cocina’ to enjoy with your wine following the tour!
$50 per person. Waived with $100 bottle purchases

Groups of 9 or more require reservations, and will have an automatic 18% gratuity added to their bill. For more info and to reserve a large group wine tasting experience, please email us at events@coriaestates.com.
We’ll work with you to customize our space to match your event. We can accommodate groups of any size, including up to 150 guests, depending on the season. Cória Estates features breathtaking views, award-winning wines, all in a gorgeous vineyard setting. Please email our event coordinator at events@coriaestates.com.
