Experience a bit of Mexican ambience surrounded by hand-crafted stone architecture, whispering palm trees, and breathtaking panoramic views of our estate vineyard and the Willamette Valley. Bask in the warmth of oak with a glass (or flight!) in our cozy barrel room. We offer wine by the flight, glass, and bottle to enjoy on site or take home; as well as light charcuterie. Salud!

cellar sip and explore
Guided Cellar Sip and Explore
Experience the cellar and production space in this guided experience that takes you behind the scenes at Cória Estates. You'll learn a little about the family, estate history, viticulture, and winemaking practices as you sip on award-winning wines. The tour includes a flight, and a small cheese and cracker plate. This is a 90 minute experience with one of our knowledgeable staff. Salud!

Join us on the hill for breathtaking panoramic views and indulge in savory bites alongside our award-winning wines. It's the perfect way to celebrate Mom! Sassy Onion will be catering a decadent Belgian waffle bar, overflowing with delicious sides to satisfy every taste!

Mexican Mother's Day: Wreath-Making & Mimosas

Join us for Spring Wreath-Making and Mimosas to celebrate Dia de las Madres. In Mexico, Mother's Day is celebrated on the same day every year, May 10th, a tradition that started more than a 100 years ago!
Embrace your blooming creativity with Beyond the Bloom Farm and Floral for a delightful wreath-making experience led by farmer-florist Sheena. You'll design a stunning spring wreath using fresh eucalyptus, fragrant lavender, and a variety of beautiful blooms on a sturdy grapevine base. Completed wreaths will be 18"-20" depending on how you design it!

We’ll work with you to customize our space to match your event. We can accommodate groups of any size, including up to 150 guests, depending on the season.
