¡Salud! Wine Trio: Celebrating Hispanic Roots!
It's Hispanic Heritage Month and we're Celebrating Hispanic Roots by offering our ¡Salud! Wine Trio with 10% of sales directly supporting ¡Salud! The ¡Salud! Wine Trio includes: 2018 Estate Pinot noir, 2022 Rosé of Pinot noir, and 2022 Pinot gris.
10th Anniversary Celebration!
Join us to mark the occasion as we celebrate 10 years! We are excited to commemorate this milestone with all our customers, club members, friends, and family! This will be a harvest-inspired event that will include live music, food trucks, and plenty of award-winning wines! There will be games and activities for all ages, so the whole family can enjoy the festivities. Celebrate a bit of our past as we also look forward to the future! We hope you can join us!

In addition, the Celebrating Hispanic Roots Dinner at Subterra will be donating 10% of wine sales from the dinner as well as a portion of dinner ticket sales will directly support ¡Salud! The Benefit Dinner on October 15th will include six amazing local winemakers including our own Aurora Coria! More Info and Tickets!
¡Salud! is a program of the Hillsboro Medical Center Foundation that provides preventive health care and support navigating health care systems to seasonal and full-time vineyard stewards and their families in the Willamette Valley. To learn more visit: saludauction.org

Andrew has always been a singer with passion! He discovered vocal jazz early, and music has been everywhere he's been since. Influences include acoustic rock jams by the likes of Dave Matthews Band, Ben Harper, Phish and Jack Johnson. Andrew will be part of our 10th Anniversary Celebration on October 14. Celebrating Hispanic Roots, in partnership with Chef Javier Santos, will host two beautiful five-course dinners at Subterra Kitchen and Cellar in Newberg, Oregon.
The first dinner will be held on Sunday, September 17th. The second dinner will feature our own Winemaker, Aurora Cória on Sunday, October 15th. Each of the eleven participating wineries will offer a special wine at the dinners to greet guests and to enjoy with thoughtfully paired culinary creations from Chef Santos.
In addition, all wineries will create wine packages during Hispanic Heritage Month. 10% of wine sales at the dinner and from the package sales, as well as a portion of dinner ticket sales, will directly support ¡Salud!
Tickets are $125 per person. We look forward to seeing you!

Yoga & Wine

Join us on 2nd and 4th Sundays, for Yoga + Wine at Cória Estates. Class is outdoors on the grassy lawn. We begin with a 60 minute, all levels, yoga class and then stay for a glass of Rosé or Estate Pinot noir! Please bring your own yoga mat. Suggested donation of $5 per yogi.
Please note: Class is outdoors, and we recommend wearing layers, socks and bundling up. We also recommend you bring a blanket/towel to place below your yoga mat for added warmth.
