You will be guided through this experience with our Winemaker, Aurora, as she shares information about each of the wines production styles , vintage variations, wine profiles and their place of Origin in France. Take a tasting tour of Southern Oregon’s Applegate Valley wines from right here in Willamette Valley with Coria. French growing regions covered : Bordeaux and the Rhone Valley.
Experience lasts 90 minutes and includes 3 Wines from 2017 Vintage, and 3 Wines from 2018 Vintage, paired with light Artisan cheese and prosciutto nibbles.
