I. Club Membership - Terms and Conditions
By joining the club at Cória Estates, you agree to all the following conditions. The conditions of the agreement are subject to change; Cória Estates will notify you via email with any changes to the agreement:
- You affirm that both you and any recipient of the club is at least 21 years of age
- Wine club benefits are non-transferable.
- Members must be present in order to receive benefits.
- Member benefits begin immediately, though we ask that your participation last for a full year in order to experience all that a Club Membership at Cória Estates has to offer.
- All cancellations must be submitted through email at club@coriaestates.com.
- A $75 early termination fee will be charged if membership is canceled before the end of the first 12 months.
- Your credit card will be billed and updated for the duration of your membership. If the payment details for your membership change, your card provider may provide us with updated card information. We may use these new details for future orders to prevent potential interruption or delay in your membership benefits.
- Cória Estates membership is continuous unless a cancellation request is made prior to shipment.
- Wines not picked up after 45 days will be shipped to you at your listed address, and delivery will be charged to your card on file.

Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Cória Estates. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Cória Estates are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
