Traditional bursts of lemon and gardenia are waiting for you at first meet, but as you dig a little deeper into this luscious 2021 Chardonnay, you get wet stone, grass, and honey notes. This wine does not want to part with your palate as it lingers and leaves creamy trails of almond married with oak on the finish.

Our Estate Pinot noir carries perfumed notes of clove and rose petal. The midpalate shares notes of sandalwood, oak and cherry bark. Then follows with a full-bodied and creamy vanilla finish.

Floral bouquet, with hints of oak spice. Velvety smooth finish with hints of almond and black cherry.

Rose petal and black currant lift the aromas. Following a sip are soft, creamy notes hinting towards butter and toasted almonds.

Syrah loves to pair with heavy meats. Beef short ribs in a red wine sauce over garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. For an Appetizer: A cheese spread of gorgonzola, smoked gouda or asiago with prosciutto.

Opens up with raspberry, hints of green grass and lavender. First sip jumps out with flashes of hot toasty oak, then softens with a bit of dark chocolate covered cherry and vanilla.

Our 2022 ‘La Moza’ Rosé Bubbles immediately open up with strawberry and rose petals. The creamy bubbly finish coats your palate with red velvet and hints of gardenia.

This beautiful blend of clones including Pommard, 115, and 777 hits with aromas of wet stone, rich plum and sage. The mid-palate shares bright notes of bing cherry married with woody undertones, leaving a lingering warmth reminiscent of black pepper.

This elegant Reserve Red Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot opens up with aromas of cherry bark, almonds and a hint of sage. It then follows with silky tannins and ripe plum coating your palette. Finally, the soft oak notes thread through from aroma to a lingering finish.

Layered and elegant, this 2018 Pinot noir shows intense cherry and vanilla upfront, with hidden floral notes that linger at the end. Finishing with creamy vanilla oak tones leaving your palate reminiscing of toasted almonds.

We are highlighting our elegant Applegate Valley AVA wines, a sub-appellation of the Rogue Valley AVA. This luscious fruit is sourced and handpicked from Schmidt Family Vineyards, in Grants Pass, Oregon. Then, the grapes are produced and barrel aged in our facility. These wines are made in small lots and have limited availability! Salud!

'La Moza' Translates to ‘The Girl’ in Español. ‘La Moza’ is a beautiful bubbly rose from the Oregon Willamette Valley. The fruit is 100% Estate grown and produced, and this particular vintage was extra special because the entire cellar crew was all Moza’s.

Alma de Cória was inspired by our winemaker, Aurora Coria, to highlight special passion projects from vineyard to cellar. The fruit is sourced from favorite blocks in the vineyard and is processed with meticulous attention to detail from harvest through aging.
