Our 2023 Club Summer Soirée will feature wood-fired butcher-block dishes by Proletariat Butchery paired with some of our favorite wines! Our Winemaker, Aurora Coria, will also be pouring wine from one of her favorite barrels, and will share all the subtle nuances, mystery, and beauty behind the wine.
