Tasting Notes:
Opens up with raspberry, hints of green grass and lavender. First sip jumps out with flashes of hot toasty oak, then softens with a bit of dark chocolate covered cherry and vanilla.
Winemaker Notes:
This juicy Cabernet Sauvignon aged almost 4 years in all Neutral barrels. The 2018 growing season was long and hot, bringing this beautiful Cabernet fruit in lusciously ripe and so I decided to keep it on minimal new oak exposure to help preserve ripe jammy notes.
